Aluminum Construction & Finish
We manufacture every ONE XR slat from powder-coated aluminum with a textured matte finish. The coating process bonds to the metal surface at a molecular level, creating a finish that won’t chip or peel under UV exposure. Truck owners in coastal regions appreciate the corrosion resistance — saltwater spray and road salt don’t penetrate the coating.
The polycarbonate reinforcement inside each slat adds rigidity without extra weight.
